My fiance and I have both been married before and want to..?
have a pink and white wedding. Well I want the pink and he is just being amazing and going along haha. Anyways I know it’s tradition for new brides to use white in the wedding is it really that bad if we use white? Would ivory look ok with a pale pink? I want to use butterflies as the theme.
White first became a popular color because it meant you were rich enough to buy a dress that you would never really wear again, since white lace and satin used to be really expensive. I like ivory better with a subtle pink though, and I tried on alot of pretty ivory dresses and I was really close to getting my dress in ivory to match my grandmothers pearls, but my dream had always been to wear white, so my mom kinda made me buy the white one. lol. But ivory is gorgeous, and supposedly, looks better on more skin tones.
